BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

These chicken wings are oven baked with garlic, soya sauce, sweetness from honey and spicy from paprika. Marinated over night and baked. Thickened the marinated sauce and drizzled over the golden chicken wings. This finger licking delicious chicken wings are something to MUST have to start the weekend 

1.I got 8 whole chicken wings, was around 1200g. Wash clean and dry using paper towels. 

2.n a small mixing cup, using a fork whisk 1/2cup soya sauce, 3tsp honey, 3/4tsp paprika and 3 minced garlic. I didn’t used salt, if need you can add. 

3.add all the chicken and sauce to the zip lock plastic bag and seal. Massage the chicken and leave in refrigerator to marinate overnight. (For better result) 

4.place only the chicken wings on a baking pan and place in a pre heated oven. Bake around 30-40 minutes in 180’c 

5.add the sauce to the pan and heat in medium heat, bring it to boil and simmer until thick. 

6.take out the chicken at the last two minutes and pour the  glaze over the chicken and bake. .
