No cream, no milk, no butter and completely diary free. Because I love how it turns out but if you prefer you could add cream/milk/cheese. What else we need in this cold weather..

1.heat a pot with 2tbs of olive oil and add finely chopped 1 small onion and sauté until translucent.
2.add minced 2 garlic cloves and 200g broccoli florets. Sauté everything couple of minutes.
3.add 500-600ml vegetable broth and stir. Bring it to boil and boil the broccoli.
4.at the last minute add 5-8 mint leaves and stir. Blend everything and heat another couple of minutes. .
