CRÊPES

Happy morning with happy tummy. Morning with some Nutella stuffed sweet crêpes and fresh strawberries. Who would say NO? 

Crêpes are one of our best and the best breakfast in holidays. We never eat our crêpes without a good spread of Nutella. I think these two have a beautiful relationship, am I wrong? 

We are team Nutella. What about you? 

1.whisk 1egg with 2tbs melted butter in a mixing bowl and add 1tbs white sugar. Beat well. 

2.add 1cup flour and 1,1/4cup of milk to the egg mixture and beat couple of minutes. Make a thick batter. Milk will be less or more. So try to add 1/2cup at a time until you have a thick runny batter.

3.now you have the crêpe batter and heat a non stick pan with just a touch of oil/butter. Make sure pan is not getting sticky. 

4.pour some batter over the heated pan and spread all over the pan in circular shape. Cook both side until the edges are brown and easy to flip, may takes about a minute to complete one crêpe. 

5.once they are cooked, apply Nutella, peanut butter, jam or any other cream, roll/fold and serve.
