PULLED PORK LOIN SAUCE

As pork takes the main part of our meals most of the time, I got some pork loin in refrigerator. It was a quick idea came to mind, what if I slow cook this? Or just a Italian meat sauce style? I got everything for Italian meat sauce in home. So here I cooked in slow heat with broth and more  with tomato pulp. What a delicious tagliatelle it was.

Not only for tagliatelle, just mixed with pasta and bake how you do your baked pasta. Spread some over the lasagna sheets and bake a delicious lasagna with this pulled pork sauce instead of our regular bolognese sauce.

1.i got a 700g of pork loin. Heat a pot with 2tbs olive and lightly roast all the sides of the meat until lightly brown. Remove from the pot.

2.add diced each of 1 medium onion, 1 medium carrot, 1 celery stalk. Sauté around 3-4 minuets until softened.

3.add finely minced 2 garlic cloves and mix altogether. And cook few more seconds in medium heat.

4.add 1,1/2tbs tomato concentrate and mix all.

5.place the pork loin on pot with 2 bay leaves and add 750ml meat broth. Slow cook 1h with a lid and slow cook more 1h uncovered.

6.fire off and using two forks, shredded the meat and add 600ml tomato pulp and salt and pepper. Slow cook more 30 minutes.

7.cook fresh tagliatelle pasta and mix with some meat sauce, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
