Ever thought of making some quesadillas without tortilla?
Sounds wired, right?
Then what if we substitute some POL ROTI instead of TORTILLAS. Try, you’ll love it.
These pol rotties were stuffed with spicy canned tuna and cheese.
CHEESE? Yes…!!! Because in Spanish “Queso” means “Cheese” so how could we miss cheese in our pol rotties when we talk about quesadillas? and you know, Mexicans got Quesadillas and we Sri lankan got these stuffed Pol Roti.
if someone is looking for Pol Roti recipe, check my page, I’d already shared it
