CHOCOLATE CRÊPES

Crêpes for breakfast/tea time, it’s always a good idea. I’d already shared classic crêpes with Nutella on my blog and click the link in below to get it.

And these chocolate crêpes are more delicious with extra more chocolate spreading. Believe me, spread some spoons of Nutella or any other chocolate cream, fold/roll it up. Enjoy every bite of it. You cannot stop yourself from fall in love with it.

1.in a large mixing bowl, whisk 1 large egg, 55g melted butter and 25g sugar. Beat well about 2-3 minutes.

2.sift 150g flour, 20g unsweetened cocoa powder and using a whisk mix with butter mixture.

3.into that, add milk little by little. I used 250ml milk. Add little by little until your batter is thick and runny. Not too much watery.

4.heat a large nonstick pan/crêpe pan. When the pan is well heated, pour 1 ladle spoon of batter to the pan and swirl the pan or use the ladle spoon to spread it swirl over the pan.

5.cook the bottom side about 30-40 seconds, you’ll see the upper side is lightly bubbling, it’s the time to flip. And cook both sides completely.

6.spread some spoons of chocolate/pistachio cream, marmalade or any other cream you prefer.
