TIRAMISU

 

Tiramisu is a very popular dessert in Italy. Generally tiramisu is coffee flavoured dessert but some use matcha, Japanese green tea powder to flavour this dessert instead of coffee. Let’s go through the traditional recipe but without eggs and alcohol. 

Tiramisu without eggs and alcohol. Yes….!! Do exists, right… 

Try this version. I know you definitely will love this. A very light dessert. 

1.using a electric mixer beat 500ml whipped cream with 2tbs powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. 

2.in another bowl beat 500g mascarpone with 100g sugar. 

3.mix your mascarpone mixture with whipped cream about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. 

4.spread some tablespoons of mascarpone cream in your baking tin. 

5.you need 300g lady fingers and 2 cups of unsweetened espresso coffee, temperature.

6.dip your ladyfingers in espresso coffee and place on your baking tin. Top sprinkle some cocoa powder. 

7.and spread a layer or mascarpone cream again over the lady fingers. sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. 

8.repeat layers and sprinkle cocoa powder and refrigerate for about 4-5hours until set.
