These meatballs are made with few ingredients what we usually find in our everyday kitchen. But packed with loads of flavours. These meatballs are not fried, seared in the pan in low flame until all get brown and halfway cooked. And then cooked these with tomato sauce.
For meat, you can use any type of ground meat or mix meat also. Here I got some ground pork and made my meatballs with it. I didn’t wanted to use many ingredients here, just simple and easy recipe. Normally I use some more spices, dried herbs when I’m mixing my meat. But here I wanted share a simple recipe with what everyday you find in your kitchen. Just a classic Italian meatball version.
Some prefer to deep fry their meatballs, some prefer to bake before adding to sauce. But I’m fixed with searing my meatballs all the time. and already shared some images and clips on cooking these meatballs in my instagram story highlights. go check it also.

1.in a large mixing bowl mix 600g ground pork with 20g parmesan cheese, 50g breadcrumbs, 1 minced garlic clove, handful of freshly chopped parsley, 1 large egg. By your clean hands mix well until all gets combine.
2.here I avoid adding salt, because parmesan is already salted. But if you prefer you are totally free to add salt and mix with the rest.
3.make tiny tiny balls and place over the plate. Making small balls helps to cook faster than large ones . So take 1/2 tbs meat mixture for one meatball.

4.heat a large pan with 2tbs olive oil and place all the meatballs and sear all the sides until brown in colour. This may tase 10-15 minutes in low heat and at this point your meatballs are halfway cooked.

5.into the pan add 600ml tomato sauce and add 50ml water to the tomato sauce canned and pour it to the pan. Coat all the meatballs with sauce.
6.add fresh 5-6 basil leaves, salt and 1/2tsp sugar and stir the sauce without breaking meatballs.
7.cook your meatballs with tomato sauce in low heat about 20-30 minutes and fire off.

8.meantime cook your spaghetti and mix with meatballs sauce and sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve.
