WATERMELON & MINT GRANITA

Last summer tried making black cherry granita at home. It was so perfect, delicious and refreshing. And I saw some watermelons smiling at the farmers market and bought a baby watermelon just to make some watermelon granita. Babe…..!!! It was awesome so refreshing. Just perfect for hot weather days.

It’s always easy as the cherry granita and specially it’s sugar free. But you can add some sugar/honey/agave or any sweet if need more sweet than watermelon has. but remember if your watermelon is really taste sweet you won’t need any additional sugar here.

Its always cool to have some refreshing drinks on your hand during hot summer days. I miss eating these on street in evenings. Having some while watching sunset at the beach……
